There are many different benefits from group exercise, and getting fit and healthy is just one. Many people prefer to workout in a group as it provides support and structure. Many times if you're part of a class you don’t want to let your buddies down and so you push yourself that little bit harder. Some people attend classes with friends and some people go alone and meet new people.
Totally Trim have a wide variety of classes at different times throughout the day. We have high-impact to suit those looking for a challenge and low impact for those starting out. We change our class timetable often and we are always looking for feedback to improve our classes.
